Crystal Palace Park & Bromley Council

Bromley Council is committed to establishing a new independent organisation to manage the large and complex array of cultural, environmental, leisure and heritage assets of Crystal Palace Park.

There are a large number of different stakeholders involved in Crystal Palace Park. As part of DCLG’s COMA programme, Shared Assets was commissioned to work with the Community Stakeholder Group to help them explore how the diverse range of community interests, passions and expertise could best support the operation, management and governance of the park.

We prepared and facilitated workshops with key stakeholders: firstly to explore what kind of legal structure would best support the future governance of the park, and subsequently on how the groups could work together with the new trust.
