We work with individuals, organisations and projects to develop new business and governance models for land. We want to increase opportunities for common good land use.
Whether you are already managing land for the common good, looking at how you can do more, or just exploring ideas for a new project or site we tailor our work to you. We will work with you to fully understand your needs, then recommend a set of services and support that suits your budget and delivers the outcomes you want to achieve. We use our networks to build project teams with the skills expertise and experience to help your project thrive.
We support clients that are looking to develop new stewardship models, deliver wider community benefits, create livelihoods and improve their financial sustainability. We are accountable, generous, candid, curious, pragmatic and ambitious and work with you flexibly to achieve your ambitions and objectives whatever the challenges or context.
